One in every nine babies is born premature or sick in the UK every year. That's over 82,000 babies each year. Both Gabriel and Olivia were born premature. Olivia was 8 weeks early. Nevertheless, she is a happy and healthy little girl. Sadly, Gabriel, having arrived 18 weeks before his due date, did not survive. Bliss, which was established 30 years ago, is the only national charity dedicated to improving the survival and long-term quality of life for premature babies. It provides vital care for babies and their families, who inevitably struggle to cope with having a baby in special care. Your generous donation will help Bliss to fund more ground-breaking clinical research projects and education programmes to improve standards of care for babies born too soon, too small or too sick to cope on their own. Thank you. Hugh and Ali x
